Our utility assistance program was created to provide a helping hand to those who need it most. We understand that emergencies and unforeseeable circumstances can happen at any time. We help clients directly and through referrals to help avoid shutoffs or empty propane tanks.
Holiday Programs
Outreach clients can sign up each year for a special Thanksgiving Food distribution--turkey included! Clients are also eligible to fill out a wish list for each person in the family to be part of our Adopt-a-Family program. This program matches our clients, anonymously, to a individual or group willing to purchase gifts, wrap them and return them to Outreach to be given to the clients along with a Christmas Food bag.
Gas Cards & Prescription Support
Many of our clients face daunting medical issues which require numerous trips for medical attention. Outreach will provide up to six gas vouchers per year to help with the cost of transportation to medical appointments. We also have a fund to help with some prescription costs when needed.
